Our Barbell Club is all about learning and improving the Olympic lifts, strength building, and Olympic lifting meet preparation! Our BBC is open to all levels. You will squat, deadlift, jerk, press, clean, snatch, and work that core! Coach James and Coach Megan provide group coaching, drills on drills on drills, one-on-one assistance, and video critique. Programming is created collaboratively and follows the USAW prescription. Come ready prepared to master the pvc as well as the barbell!
