This is an all levels hatha yoga class with a focus on deep stretching, mindfulness, and body awareness and alignment.
Class will be led by Jessica ‘ Samata’ Conway. Jessica has been practicing yoga since high school as a way to supplement her involvement with dance. In 2015, she completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training at Holy Cow Yoga studio in Charleston, SC. Her classes combine the ancient yogic philosophy of mindfulness and breath, with a focus on anatomy and alignment of the body
Drop-In Rate, plus 5 and 10 session options are available for ANYONE interested in joining classes us for Yoga on Sundays!
