The Angel Oak CrossFit Teen program is focused on teaching young athletes the proper techniques and movements in a fun and safe environment!
Each workout will include skill work or a focused lift followed by a CrossFit workout. The focus is on teamwork and personal progress vs competitive performance. Each teen will start where they are build on their personal level. AOCF’s goal is to reach as many teens as we can, and show them that working out and training are fun and beneficial!
