Spring Break at Angel Oak CrossFit!
Spring Break is just around the corner! It is a great break for kiddos (and teachers) before the last push to the end of the year, but it shouldn’t be a reason for kids to be inside all day everyday!
Angel Oak CrossFit, Johns Island’s newest fitness center, is hosting a three day camp over Spring Break for kids ages 5 – 12! We’ll exercise our minds and bodies with brain teasers, learning new movements, mini workouts, and lot and lots of GAMES!
AOCF Spring Break Kids’ Camp Dates:
8:00 am – 11:00 am each day

What kids (and parents) should expect….
Co-Owner, and CrossFit Kids certified coach Megan will be filling each of the three mornings with various activities to keep kiddos’ minds and bodies active over Spring Break! Mornings will begin with a puzzle or brain teaser and from there kids will learn various movements (squats, deadlifts, presses, etc), practice movements in small groups, complete mini workouts, and play all kinds of games!! Each morning will also include multiple water breaks and a small snack provided by AOCF!
What do kids need to bring?
Kids should come dressed in clothes they can easily run, jump, roll, and play in and tennis shoes. They should also bring a full water bottle and maybe a small towel (expect us to break out some water balloons!).
