Personal training and coaching has given Kelly a career that makes her jump out of bed every morning, ready to help change lives.
While it is now her passion, Kelly wasn’t always motivated to living a healthy lifestyle. She struggled her entire life with her weight and body image, tried every crash diet she saw a commercial for and developed a terrible negative attitude about her body. It wasn’t until she was dragged (almost literally) into a CrossFit by her friend 6 years ago that she realized what her body was truly capable of and started to adore the strength and self love she found within the gym. This is what fuels her everyday- helping her clients achieve the same confidence she has gained through fitness.
Kelly is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Based on her personal weight loss journey she believes that with consistency and hard work we can achieve anything we set our minds to. She is deeply invested in her clients, forming a great coaching and personal relationship with each person. They truly look forward to their training sessions or boot camp classes because it’s like meeting up with a friend for a great workout. She also gets ridiculously excited over their results (almost more excited than they are) because she invests herself completely in YOU. She believes many fitness professionals take themselves way too seriously and is constantly seen smiling and laughing while she helps make people fitter!
Kelly is a hands on coach and will help you perfect exercises in both a class and 1 on 1 setting. With 6+ years of weightlifting experience she believes perfecting form is the first step to making you a stronger and healthier you!
Outside of the gym you can find her at home having a bonfire with her fiancé and two pups.
