This is a great gym! They are open all day, they have a wide arrangement of classes from CrossFit, barbell, boot camp and open gym times. There are classes for everyone. I was a bit intimidated to walk into the gym as I'm not a CrossFit athlete by any means, but after meeting Megan and James all those worries went away and I find it fun and challenging now. I am doing lifts and pushing myself in ways I never thought was possible.
