Group training not your thing? Looking for some 1-on-1 time with a coach to hone in on a particular skill or two? Interested in easing into our Group Fitness classes? Personal Training is a wonderful solution to all of the above! 

How It Works

You will begin your journey with Coach Megan and a one-on-one consultation to outline goals, background, current physical condition, injuries/previous injuries, etc. Training sessions are scheduled directly with your coach and include strengthening, conditioning, and mobility needed to reach the goals you have set together!
